Our Goals in Bosque del Pacifico
Our philosophy is to create an harmonious, free community without the overbearing restrictions seen elsewhere. We provide clients absolute control over their homes – freedom of choice is fundamental at Bosque del Pacifico.
We care for the ecology by creating homes that are friendly with nature. Our first step was a forestry study and mapping the trees on the ground for their protection.
We make minimal changes to the topography of our landscape, protecting springs and leaving the natural flow of rainwater unaltered. In doing so we support the abundant flora and fauna in the area.
The houses we build are contemporary, extremely comfortable, adapted to the area and built only with high quality materials. The houses are in one of the most beautiful places in the world
When you decide to communicate with us, you will be served by Matt Rosensteele, a Realtor who has lived and worked in this area since 2008. Matt’s absolute focus on his clients’ best interests, combined with his extensive experience in Costa Rica – which began with a two-year commitment as a Peace Corps volunteer – make him the perfect person to guide you as you consider investing.
We connect our clients with the area’s best property and development attorneys to ensure purchases are secure and smooth. All funds are handled by escrow agents – neutral, third-party service providers who will only disburse funds according to the terms of a purchase contract. Clients are protected until they have keys in their hands.

David Gary
David comes from a world of creation and management of complex projects in the field of museums and art exhibitions. He also dedicated seven years to naturopathy, meaning the balance between man and nature is essential for him. This spirit has greatly influenced Bosque del Pacifico.

Jean combines with pleasure and creativity between consulting for organizations and companies in the fields of marketing and service management and between presenting his works of art in many exhibitions over the years.
PhD in management, serves as a lecturer at the academy and since 2017 has been appointed as an affiliate professor at the school of business administration at the Empresarial University in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Ayala Gary
Taking care of nature, its beauty, its flora and fauna, and respecting the trees of the forest are my motto in life. I follow this mantra every day.
I am a tour guide, and while I guide, I teach about nature and ecology, how to improve the environment that surrounds us, and most importantly, how not to make it worse despite the technological advances that impose new challenges on us each year.
I cannot save the world, but I can save Bosque del Pacifico, so that we who live here never miss the fresh green of the trees, the singing of the birds, and the grace of their animals.
Yorhany Vásquez
If there is someone who knows everyone there is to know and how to do things well in the area, that is Yorhany. A wonderful person who is an integral part of the Bosque del Pacifico family.
Guanacasteco by birth, he knows how things move, and most importantly, he is a trusted person in the community who knows how to connect foreign investors with everything the area has to offer.
