Be Part of Something that really matters
A community shaped by nature
We offer spacious, titled lots within a project that is evolving naturally — guided by long-term vision, shared values, and respect for the land.
At the heart of the project lies a large forest area that we have chosen to protect, alongside “Alma del Bosque,” an authentic, welcoming center that is beginning to take shape as a place for connection and everyday life.
Our approach is rooted in transparency and accessible pricing, intentionally avoiding speculative development and rapid gentrification.
We aim to grow a diverse, integrated community, bringing together people from Costa Rica and beyond who wish to live with the tropical dry forest — not instead of it.
Together, we can take the necessary steps to create a place that truly feels like home: responsibly built, well integrated with the forest and the surrounding area.

Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of environment are we intending to create together?
Bosque del Pacífico seeks to create a more conscious community with a closer connection to nature. For that reason, we protect a large area of forest with trails and active reforestation.
We also aim to maintain a low-density development approach, allowing construction on only up to 30% of each lot. This helps preserve the natural environment, support water infiltration, protect privacy, and maintain a stronger sense of space and connection with the landscape.
More than a traditional development, we hope the project gradually takes shape together with people who value this lifestyle and a more conscious relationship with the natural environment.
How do the shared spaces and membership work?
Alongside the forest we are protecting, we are gradually developing Alma del Bosque, a space envisioned for workshops, experiences, a restaurant, and a pool, always seeking to maintain a respectful connection with nature.
The idea is for it to function as a living and active space, rather than a traditional set of closed common areas.
For residents, we are developing an accessible membership that will provide access to the facilities and different activities, and may also include additional benefits as the project continues evolving.
Why do we limit construction density?
We believe the way a project is built and integrated with its surroundings is just as important as the materials used.
For that reason, we maintain a low-density approach, allowing construction on only up to 30% of each lot. This helps protect more nature, preserve privacy, support wildlife passage and natural water infiltration, and maintain a more open and peaceful feeling throughout the project.
The intention is for the constructions to coexist with the natural landscape rather than completely replace it.
Do the lots have water and electricity access?
Yes. The lots have access to both water and electricity.
The project has water availability through ASADA Venado, and electricity access is also available for the lots within the project.
How does financing work?
We offer direct financing options through the project, seeking to maintain a simpler and more flexible process.
We normally work with an initial 20% for down payment for locals, followed by installments adjusted according to the agreed financing term and structure.
There is also the possibility of paying off the financing early without penalties.
Are you preserving forest areas with trails within the project?
Yes. A significant part of the project is maintained as a forest area that we preserve and care for, where we also work on active reforestation and conservation of the natural environment.
There are currently trails within the forest (approximately 800 to 1000 meters), designed for walking and connecting with nature in a calm and respectful way.
To help preserve balance with local wildlife, access to the forest is maintained during specific hours, mainly throughout the daytime.
